Postponement of the deadline for the Electronic Registration of Labour Documentation (D.S. N39 dated 28.04.2022).

Postponement of the deadline for electronic registration of labor documentation (D.S. N39 dated 04.28.2022)
Postponement of the entry into force of the Electronic Labor Registry of the Labor Directorate to June 2023.

Following the entry into force of Law No. 21.327 on the modernisation of the Labour Directorate, a new obligation was established for employers to register labour documentation in the Electronic Labour Register (REL).

Given the above, and due to the intermittent malfunctioning of the Mi DT platform, Supreme Decree No. 39 was issued on 28 April 2022, extending until June 2023, the full entry into force of the Electronic Labour Registry of the Directorate of Labour (*excluding employment contracts, whose electronic registration obligation must currently be fulfilled by employers).

Thus, the following list of labour information must be registered electronically with the labour authority from June 2023:

- Modifications and Terminations of the employment contract;
- Termination of Employment;
- Collective Labor Instruments;
- Electronic Remuneration Book;
- Internal Rules of Order, Hygiene and Safety;
- Joint Hygiene and Safety Committee;
- Bipartite Training Committee;
- Special Covenants on Working Conditions;
- Penalties against Workers;
- Employee's Attendance, Holidays, Leave and Permits Record;
- Court Judgment declaring the Existence of Sole Employer.
